You must be at least 21 years old to register and use vipph11. This is a strict legal requirement under Philippine gaming regulations. Age verification is mandatory for all accounts.
Each player is permitted one account only. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and any balances forfeited. Your account is personal and non-transferable under any circumstances.
All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). Withdrawals require identity verification. vipph11 reserves the right to request supporting documents before releasing funds.
All bonuses and promotions are subject to wagering requirements. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn until rollover conditions are met. Abuse of bonus systems will result in account suspension.
Any form of cheating, collusion, use of bots, or exploitation of software errors is strictly prohibited. vipph11 uses monitoring systems to detect and act on suspicious activity.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and vipph11. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not register an account or use the platform. Continued use of vipph11 constitutes acceptance of these terms as amended from time to time.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:
By accessing the vipph11 Platform, creating an Account, or placing any Bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and vipph11 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.
If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a third party or legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that party to these Terms. In such cases, "you" and "your" shall refer to both you individually and the entity you represent.
vipph11 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
Age Restriction: You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use vipph11. This requirement is non-negotiable and strictly enforced in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations.
To be eligible to register and use the vipph11 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:
vipph11 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of age. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension or termination.
By registering, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, complete, and current. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of any Wallet balance.
To access the full features of the vipph11 Platform, you must create an Account by completing the registration process at /register. You agree to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration and to keep such information updated at all times.
One Account Policy: Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account on the vipph11 Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. vipph11 employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate Accounts. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, all associated Accounts may be suspended, and any balances held therein may be forfeited.
Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. vipph11 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials. You agree to notify vipph11 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your Account.
KYC Verification: vipph11 is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering and responsible gaming regulations. You agree to submit valid government-issued identification (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's license) and any other documents reasonably requested by vipph11 as part of the KYC process. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.
Account Non-Transferability: Your Account is personal to you and may not be sold, transferred, assigned, or otherwise disposed of to any third party. Any attempt to transfer an Account will render it immediately void.
All financial transactions on the vipph11 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). vipph11 supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as listed on the Wallet page from time to time.
Deposits: Deposits are credited to your Wallet upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. vipph11 does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. You are responsible for ensuring that funds deposited originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:
Anti-Money Laundering: vipph11 is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. All transactions are monitored. vipph11 reserves the right to freeze Wallet balances and report suspicious activity to the relevant Philippine authorities where required by law. Depositing funds with no intention to wager, or using the Platform as a mechanism to transfer funds, is strictly prohibited.
Dormant Accounts: An Account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. vipph11 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant Accounts in accordance with its dormancy policy, details of which are available on request.
vipph11 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, and other promotional incentives to eligible users from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section.
Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be specified in the promotion terms. Bonus funds and real-money funds may be tracked separately in your Wallet.
Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered users only. vipph11 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion. Bonuses may be restricted to specific games, bet types, or minimum odds as specified in the promotion terms.
Abuse: Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent bonus terms — including but not limited to the use of multiple Accounts, coordinated betting strategies, or the placement of opposing bets to guarantee profit — will result in the cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of any associated winnings, and may result in permanent Account suspension.
Expiry: Bonuses that are not used or wagered within the specified validity period will expire automatically and cannot be reinstated. vipph11 is not obligated to provide advance notice of bonus expiry beyond what is stated in the promotion terms.
All Bets placed on the vipph11 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or sporting event, as published on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to the conduct of that game or event.
Bet Acceptance: A Bet is not accepted until you receive a confirmation from the Platform. vipph11 reserves the right to refuse or limit any Bet at its sole discretion, including where a Bet exceeds applicable stake limits or where the Platform suspects irregular betting activity.
Errors and Malfunctions: In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or manifest pricing error, vipph11 reserves the right to void affected Bets and return stakes to the relevant Wallets. Winnings derived from a manifest error will not be paid. vipph11 will make reasonable efforts to notify affected users promptly.
Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all Bets and vary by game and market. Current limits are displayed at the point of bet placement. vipph11 may adjust these limits at any time without prior notice.
Finality of Results: Once a Bet has been settled, the result is final unless vipph11 determines that a manifest error occurred or that the result was affected by irregular activity. Settled Bets will not be reopened solely on the basis of a user's disagreement with the outcome.
Violations of this section may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the vipph11 Platform:
All content on the vipph11 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the exclusive property of vipph11 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Republic of the Philippines and international conventions.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to sublicense, copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
The vipph11 name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of vipph11. You may not use these marks without the prior written consent of vipph11. Unauthorized use of vipph11's intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages and may constitute a criminal offence.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vipph11 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.
vipph11 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. vipph11 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the Platform.
In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for certain types of damages, vipph11's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall vipph11's total aggregate liability to you exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Wallet in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose money. vipph11 is not responsible for any financial losses you incur through the use of the Platform. You agree to use the Platform responsibly and within your personal financial means.
vipph11 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon termination of your Account for breach of these Terms, vipph11 reserves the right to forfeit any Wallet balance, including real-money funds, where such forfeiture is permitted by applicable law. Where termination occurs for reasons other than breach, vipph11 will make reasonable efforts to return any remaining real-money Wallet balance to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting vipph11 customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any pending Bets at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with the applicable betting rules.

vipph11 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
vipph11 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Your data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and regulatory authorities where required by law. All data processing is conducted in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines.
vipph11 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, vipph11 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.
The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendments have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 11.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the vipph11 Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines.
Nothing in this section shall prevent vipph11 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
